Does the selected shipping service apply to my country and how long will it take?
Free shipping is offered on orders over €60 to most countries. Process time is 1–2 weeks; DPD is about 2 weeks for most normal size and weight products, expedited service for small pieces is 1–2 weeks, and EMS for big but light products is 2–4 weeks. See the Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After shipping, an email with a tracking number is sent. Use 17track.net or contact [email protected].
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order for free within 24 hours. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled; the existing Returns and Refunds Policy describes the stated charge.
What if I receive a damaged item?
The live FAQ explains replacement or return treatment for damaged items. Contact [email protected] before sending anything back.
When will I receive a refund?
After a return is received, funds can take up to 5 working days to reach the original payment method (PayPal 1–2 days; credit card 3–5 days).
Are stickers easy to remove?
TAZIEN states stickers use high-quality glue and adhere well on smooth, clean surfaces. Rough, dusty or greasy surfaces can affect stickiness.
Will ink seep through notebook paper?
TAZIEN states notebook paper has moderate thickness and a smooth surface; thick ink or heavy pressure may cause slight seepage.
